The only time you will need to spend with us is to hand us the keys, and receive them back the next day, with a completely painted rental unit.

We also provide the same reliable and cost-effective service for rental houses both interior and exteriors upon request.

At Painters Express we only use top quality paints, such as Sherwin Williams, Glidden, Columbia, and other major brands. We do not use a contractor paint brand as they will not give you a quality long-lasting finish. In most cases, these contractor grade paints will only last a year or so.

Flat fee interior painting rates for apartment units Pricing listed assumes that living spaces are vacant and cleaned.
1 Bedroom ~ $550.00
2 Bedroom ~ $650.00
3 Bedroom ~ $750.00

Larger units quoted upon request.

Pricing fees include the following:

• All labor and necessary materials
• Repair up to 20 nail holes in walls (additional sheetrock repair available)
• All walls, ceilings, hallways, closets, trim and doors painted same color
• One coat of paint - single paint color
• All taping, tarping of space to protect unpainted surfaces
• Clean up after completion of painting

Pricing fees DO NOT include the following:

• Painting of cabinets in Kitchens and Baths
• Painting of trim and doors unless being painted same as walls
• Any Stair Railings
• Non-primed walls
• Basements or attics separate from main living space

Additional services available upon request:

• Quality sheetrock repair
• Siding repair or replacement
• Hardwood floor refinishing

Painters Express guarantees all work and clean up to be completed within 24 hours of entry to the space.
