Last summer we were referred to Ken Goerz by our daughter who had been told by her minister that he had his house painted by Ken and what a good job he had done. We gave Ken a call and he came over and gave us an estimate. He started prepping our house very early Saturday morning, worked all day, hardly taking time to eat and worked until dark. He was back Sunday morning, working the same long hours. He finished caulking and painting a 1,200 sq. ft. house plus a 3 stall garage. His rates were very reasonable; he was very courteous and had to work around two very young grandchildren that were here all week.

He has been back a couple times to see how things looked and if we have had any problems. We would hire him again without a second thought.

Ken is very professional. He's always punctual and notifies you if things change. He gives you a timeframe to complete work and, weather permitting, it is completed. He's neat, picking up all paint chips and debris, and notifies you of any changes within the production schedule.
